I take this opportunity to congratulate Mr Kenneth Cumming of Warrnambool, who was honoured with a Council on the Ageing Senior Achiever Award during the 2015 Victorian Senior of the Year Awards at Government House earlier this month. As a hospital visitor, Kenneth devotes his time to the care of others, making sure that ex-service members have the support they need. While Kenneth has his own health problems from his time in Vietnam, he is an inspiration with his willingness to always help others.
